What vaccinations will my cat need?

Feline Parvovirus also known as Feline Enteritis; Feline Panleukopenia, feline respiratory viruses and FeLV are required for boarding with us.

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring the necessary cat food and medication. We recommend bringing your own beds and blankets to make your cat feels more comfortable. There is no need to bring your own cat bowls. We have plenty of space in our fridge and freezer for raw food.

What time can I drop my cat off and pick them up?

We're open for pick up/drop off from 8:30 - 9:30am and 5:30 - 6:30pm.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance to the original booking date must be paid in full.

How and when do I pay for my booking?

We ask for full payment two weeks before the booking, an email link will be sent to you and you will be able to pay through this. We do not ask for a deposit.

Are you open over Christmas?

Yes we will be open over the Christmas and New Year period at an additional fee.

Are viewings welcome?

Yes we will happily give you a tour of our facilities but viewings are by appointment only. If you would like to arrange a viewing please give us an email or call.
